Support Karen Ware in Her Fight Against Stage 4 Metastatic Cancer
My name is Karen Ware, and I am a 35-year-old single mother of five beautiful daughters. I am currently battling Stage 4 Metastatic Cancer in my lungs and brain. On December 9th, I underwent emergency brain surgery to remove one of four brain lesions. While the surgery left me with slurred speech and weakness on the left side of my body, my spirit remains unshaken. This is my third battle with cancer. I’ve beaten it twice before, and I am determined to beat it again. When I first received the news, fear was natural—but giving up was never an option. My journey is one of faith, resilience, and unwavering strength.
I am incredibly blessed to have an amazing support system—my five daughters, my loving mother, brothers, and most importantly, my sister, who has been by my side every step of the way. She left her home and job in Atlanta to care for me, something she never had to do but did out of pure love. Words cannot express my gratitude for her selflessness and sacrifice.
As I focus on healing, I will be unable to work for the next 6 to 12 months. We are raising funds to help cover:
Fighting cancer is not only physically and emotionally exhausting but also financially overwhelming. Any contribution, big or small, will make a difference in ensuring that my family and I have the support we need during this challenging time.
Your prayers, donations, and shares mean the world to me and my family. If you are able, please consider donating to help lighten the financial burden so I can focus on healing and being there for my children.
I firmly believe that I am already healed, and I trust in God’s plan for my life. This journey is shaping me into a stronger woman, and I refuse to let cancer define me.
Thank you for your kindness, love, and support.
